I fear having conversations with people on phone, i ignore people in street, avoid meeting new people and cancel plans always. Can a medicine be useful in such situations as my life is in ruins due to my terrible social skills. I also struggle making eye contact with people, zone out a lot while they talk, get distracted by my phone a lot. Can anyone suggest what will help me really well as I am in my late 20s and will get into more depression due to this.

My mother and father fights very much. They both always love me. My father is very loving towards me and my sister when he is in good relation with my mother. But when they fight, which they do almost every other week, he always start treating me and my sister angrily. He often taunt us and get irritated with us when he and my mother are not talking to each other but as soon as they patch up he again start treating us lovingly. My mother don't do these thing she treat us normally. This is happening since i was very little and i never spoke about it. I always ignore it. I was fine with his behaviours until recently. My mother and father again fought. And he started same behaviour. But this time i am noticing it's affecting me differently. I am going silent. I don't wanna respond anymore to anyone. I stop talking much. I am most of the time silent. I just don't wanna talk. I feel very dull. My energy is normal. I am not feeling tired but i feel like i Don't have energy to say a word.
