Here are few things that may help- 1) reduce your nicotine intake- cut down smoking 2) maintain a healthy lifestyle- add yoga/exercise/meditation to your routine 3) practice breathing exercises when feeling anxious 4) evaluate with Psychiatrist again for any hypochondriacal symptoms- combination of medicines with psychotherapy may help with same. 5) bp can raise when experiencing Anxiety, so first try to relax, take acute anxiety medicines or breathing exercises and then again check bp if it comes down or not.
