Palpitations in neck

Hello doctor I have palpitations like pulsing feeling in neck and lower back of head. Actually I have palpitations one day and I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia.from then I'm feeling this strange feeling what is the cause ? Is this anything heart related?

Sinus tachycardia means increased heart beat which is still within normal range and does not imply heart issues.
