I easily feel my own heartbeat when kept hand on chest..i also feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down..since 2 month..i am on ciplar tablet..my ecg is normal..i also feel my heart beat at 62 bpm also

My sister was having bipolar mania in Dec 2021 . After  giving the medicines from the psychiatrist she was good , then she come in depression in March 2022 . Now she is fine but she is behaving very lazy , sluggish . Like she don't want to do anything . Her mind doesn't wanted to do anything .Her medicine are continue till now (Litcha Sr450 ,OLA 10 )please help why she is behaving like this. She is not agile as before . Please help what medicine we should give to became her agile .

One week ago i have a break up with my partner and we were in long distance relationship since 2 year and from few months ower relationship is not going well and at last she said that i want to go with someone else and on this topic i fight little bit and i say please give me some time be with me for few days after that she stays for 4 days and after that she said I can't stay more and she blocked me from everywhere.. soo due to this break up i am unable to move on and i don't have any friends or any family members to share this all so i always think this and because of this i am suffering from pain  and daily in night i wake suddenly in night at 2 or 2:30 and i start remembering that she use to talk me at late night and now she is talking to someone else and this hurt me alot .. please help me doctor

Hi, i have many symptoms of dyslexia since childhood which persists till now. 1. Trouble differentiating b/w left n right, in childhood almost 9/10 times i had trouble currently it's almost 6/10 times i need to think for few seconds to decide which side is which. 2. Mixing p,q b,d c,e in everytime in childhood 3. Substituting one letter with another while writing 4. Trouble with common spelling 5. While reading trouble reading line by line skipping or re reading a line What could be the treatment for this and how should I get diagnosed by a professional?

I am suffering from some nervous issue due to which I got some problem in brain function. Doctor prescribed me vitamin b12 complex and escitaloparam tablet which I took last night and after 15 min my heartbeat got fast and my body became restless. I was happy with my state of mind before but now It become depressed. Please help
