Can naltim 50 use for addiction behaviour? The patient has the addiction of hand job, urge to do hand job from last 8-9 years

I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down at also low rate since 2.5 months . Cardiologist said its anxiety issue. Coz my ecg are normal.no any other symptoms. No sleep issue..now i am fully focused on my study..but i feel my own heartbeat still?? What should i do?? Any medication required and how much day it requires to cure??

I delivered a baby boy 5 months ago via c sec. I tried many ways but there is no milk supply and couldn't breastfeed my baby. This is kinda killing me inside from past 5 months. Due to formula, he has developed digestion issues and till 3 months I used to burp for 40 mins minimum for every 2 hours feed day and night continuously without sleep. Even now I  am not able to sleep continuously for atleast 4 hours a night thinking he may need me at night staring at him. Other symptoms - anxiety, anger, no appetite to eat, guilt of not breastfeeding, guilt if i m doing wrong when someone corrects my motherhood like y no headcap, no socks, y medicine for gas etc. Please help me.

Recently i have resigned my company, and have 2,3 days i was not able to sleep in night due to future thoughts. But i have successfully find new job within a week. From two to three days , i feel that my memory has been slightly decreased, not able to recall things properly. Apart from that my mind feel like full of information and not able to concentrate and learn properly. What would be reason?
