How to prevent OCD.
I think i am suffering from OCD, because i get intrusive thoughts in my mind and then i have to think more to satisfy them and this causes a lot of mental irritation. i want a permanent solution for this problem, please help.

Hi We need to evaluate it properly to understand why is this happening.. When we understand what's causing it by that I mean underlying stress and if we adress it. Ocd can be managed Cbt and exposure and response prevention helps a lot in this disorder and are main counseling therapy for OCD You can connect with me or any psychologist For counseling and therapy We can do it and help you make yourself come out of this Seek help All the best

Please consult a psychologist for CBT and wait for upto 6 weeks If it doesn't work go to a psychiatrist
