Negative Thinking
My wife she is very extrovert and I am very introvert. She talks to anyone easily with any strangers and people get impress with her.  She likes nightlife like parties or discos. And dont enjoy that much. Still many times we go together to nightclub with our friends. Inshort we are completely opposite in any things. Whenever my wife goes out alone with her friends or cousins (only females). I get lots of negative thoughts (molestation, rapes etc.) about her safety. I dont get sleep till she is back home. Because of this I always ask her to not to go alone at night.  But because of her extrovert personality and she likes night clubs especially dancing. She gets annoyed on my request which leads to fights many a times. I need your expert comments on this issue.

Hello there, Today's social media and the increased crime rate against women have increased the anxiety which sometimes gets overwhelming when our loved ones step out. Feeling anxious to a limit is fine, but when u start loosing sleep , gets repetitive thoughts about a mishappenjng and these thoughts start interfering with your daily movement, these are the red flags which a person need to look out for. In such cases, counseling is recommended, and sometimes in extreme cases when condition goes unacknowledged for long then medication are also needed in such cases.
Next Steps
my suggestion is to go for few counselling sessions not only for ur own mental health but also to maintain the healthy relation with ur wife. you may also benefit from more specific approach like CBT.
Health Tips
practice relaxation technique like deep breathing and squeeze technique to get anxiety and panic in Check and for better control over ur emotional state. please remember you can change only those things on which u have control...situations beyond ur control getting anxious on them will only burn u out. best of luck  and hope you get help soon.
