Anxiety, and over thinking,
Sir, I.am preparing for Neet -UG exam,this is my first drop out and I think I lost my year long preparation time by various disturbance that may be made by me and  when I want to study I don't concentrate ,various imagination s and queries hit my mind and then I starts using my phone that keeps me calm but stressful and even I can't express myself to anyone, my mom says stay calm but this is not working out. Sir I don't know what I do

I can understand what you going through its ok It happens with many people just take short break from what you doing and come back with full of confidence and if still you feel distress because of unnecessarily thoughts running in mind please consult with psychiatrist for treatment it will help you

U are overthinking about the year u lost. One thing what was gone it's gone forever. Learn from previous mistakes but dont ruin present due to that mistakes.

Sir, It's very disheartening to know about your result. I will suggest you to follow some non medical advices first like walk for 30 min each day, do yoga or meditation. Eat healthy food, avoid fried food or cold drinks Limit screen time If it doesn't work for next 2 weeks, see a psychiatrist
