What r the charges for cognitive therapy n hw much duration it takes,.am suffering with social anxiety from past 10 years...i want to take cognitive behaviour therapy........

He is getting angry for all small matter. . He feels like to beat someone without any reason. ...He himself says that he is doing like psyco. ..sometime he says wanna quit his life. .. worrying for him. ..pls let me know is he need to any treatments?

Hi, am 23 years old student doing my mba. I have had this problem of not getting sleep from 4 years may be. How much ever tired I am, Even though when I feel completely sleepy, when I get on to my bed I don't get sleep. I will wait for hours like that only on my bed doing nothing before I go to sleep.

From last few months my mother is suffering from sleep terror. My mom start crying while sleeping and when we wake her up she become normol. This is happening from last few months and happen after every 10 -20 days. Please help what to do and whome to consult.

My husband blames my parental side people every time & uses abusive language. Its been 13 years we married. But still it is increasing. Now a days i am scared to stay with him. I feel tensed to go home. I fear, today what situation i have to face at home. He needs financial support from my parental side, which is not possible. I was used to talk loudly earlier. but since last 3 years i keep quite because my children shouldnt disturb because of this issue. i am also working & he is also working. Still their parents help us financially. My mother & brother also gave 3 Lakhs last year. But he is asking for 15L which is not possible. With this reason he always gets this topic & starts scolding them. Many times i adjusted my self not to take divorce. Because i know the situations if father is not there. I lost my father when i was 5 years. I want my family. But i dont want his words. If he tell some thing bad i shoudnt take his words.. what should i do. please suggest.
