I am not able to sleep even not slept from last 4 nights my eyes n head is paining. Please provide me med

For a year now, I've been feeling low and feel depressed. Stopped talking to my friends and became way more reserved., lost my interest in all the little things that make us happy, i wonder what is wrong.. Is this a clinical condition?

Since two or three days i am feeling very anxious and i am forgetting things, i have habit of forgetting things but it has improved a lot but now it is popping up again and i feel anxiety i dont know why... i dont want to take medicines i want therapist

Hi, now a days I can sleep only for 4 to 5 hours, is this enough ? Or else I would sleep min how much hours per day

My mother use to suffer from sleeplessness in the night especially when she moves to other places like relatives house. This lead us to check with doctors and now she is taking medicine. Though the dosage is low, without medicine she feels she can't sleep at all. Even manytimes after having tablets also she feels she couldn't sleep. In some time, though we see her having good nap, after getting up she says she didnt get the feel she slept. She has been taking medicine for the past 6-7 years. The second problem is she forgets things a bit often (not that quick though) and the third biggest issue is she don't know where to react how, this really made big issues whenever she is in some relatives house and in some functions while interacting with others. Sometimes she just gets angry and fights with us. We don't know whether this behaviour is because of tablets. But then without tablets she feels she can't get sleep. We took her to Govt hospitals. They recommended those tablets.

I cant sleep until its 4 or 5 o clock at morning...it has become a habit for me... plz give advice how to get rid of it

My son is 6 years old. Basically is a sweet child but sometime he gets aggressive and angry and hits his grand parents. And even in the school van he is getting physical with friebds and uses bad words. He also lies a lot. When i correct him he understands but after smtm he is agn bk to behaving badly

I am BE student, I studied only for job, but I didn't understanding concept, , I didn't get place anywhere, but I want to earn money, I started working in small store also but I am not getting interest anywhere. Getting mad day by day

I m suffering from it since long and i m unable to find a solution. Partly of it arises due to the fact that i am not doing what i want but i have a chance. Yet i am unable to cope up with this. I don't eat properly and it has started causing some problems. What should i really do?

Mind swings and uncertainty of relationship. After 3 years of relationship she is feeling uncertain. she is also not able to cope up physically and have lost her interest in physical relationship also. otherwise she is good but gets annoyed and irritated easily . we are planning to marry this year but this behavior is very uncertain.
