I use to take sleeping pills without any prescription n at a tym I m very depressed . I feel to suicide . pls suggest something

I m 22 year old girl n without any prescription I use to take sleeping pills. I m very depressed especially when my bf say something to me . I feel to attempt suicide . pls pls help me out pls

I cant remember most of the things for more than 5 min, I get confuse in direction like ( north,south east or west or even left or right),I cant concentrate for very long time,I cant even read anything in mind nowdays even I cant pronunce words properly when it is infront of me my mind cant interpret words by seeing it,i cant imagine things in my mind.

Since past few weeks I'm very much stressed out with my life. I've tried two suicide attempts and once beaten my head on concrete wall to break it. Sometimes very much normal and that time I can see and feel everything clearly and normally, but sometimes I'm so much depressed and irritated of life that I plan suicide.

Since last one month I'm gradually losing weight, chest pain, back pain, suddenly extremely sad that I start crying aloud, insomnia, separated from the surroundings, stopped listening music totally, when I'm normal I can understand these changes in me. But suddenly start feeling valueless in this world. Please suggest.

Geting a lot of head ack and not allowing me to sleep in night times not able to focus on my studies

She doesnt get sleep at night(mostly). She might sleep during d day for 1-2 hrs(smetimes). At nite she would be awake untill 4/5am in d morning

My father is a stressed out and aggressive person and feel internally for it and we took him to a psychologist and giving his risdone 2mg 2 tablets as prescribed by doctor and also taking a medicine called pacitane 2mg 2 tablets and became numb for this dose. need suggestion for this..is he taking same dose twice??

Hello, Help needed to understand why I feel sleepy all time even after completing 7-8 hours of sleep. I feel inactive throughout the day.. Can u suggest me some health tips.
