Hi i need advice, mere head me all the time pain hota rehta hai. I feel there is so much of negativity in me,.. lots more problem i have. Doctor, i  need a personal followup please give me ur email id or take mine .

My father is retired and 64yrs of age. He always has been little short tempered but of late, his behaviour has changed dramatically. He gets agitated very quickly and tends to lose control in situations. Though he is very good natured, it is this strange temper that is causing some anxiety to us and my mother, in particular. There are no known causes for depression or any psychological setbacks, we are a happy family. Please guide us.

Sometimes, in the middle of conversation with people, when someone teases me or says something about me , out of nowhere, my smiling or laughing face becomes quite serious. It is awkward. People think I angry. I just dont know why it happens. It like my facial expressions change for no reason.
