She is a working professional. She has had a pretty simple life but occasionally she suffers from panic attacks and emotional breakdowns. It is usually for 20-30 minutes. She doesn't sleep properly and often try to hurt herself to ease the situation, it is never suicidal, just to ease things up. She doesn't want to talk to her family about it. Please help!

My husband is an civil engineer. From his hostel days he used to drink a lot with his friends. Now, after my marriage it has become a serious issue. Though since one and a month he didnt touch alcohol because he saw that our marriage were suffering a lot because of it. But recently, in this month one day out of nowhere he came home drunk again due to some family problem that he couldnt take it. I reacted a lot. Thought he wouldnt do it again, but then he started to come home like this. Today is the fourth day he did this. I dont understand why he started drinking like this again after being not drinking for nearly 2 months. Only 1 year has passed of our marriage but its now tearing apart because of his drinking. I made him understand so many times, but still he is doing it.. I cant take it anymore doctor, please help me. How can i stop his drinking habits?

My daughter is very hyperactive. She cant sit at one place for longer time or concentrate on 1 topic. She is also facing issue of learning disability. As a result she is lacking behind in her academics. Normally how much time it takes if we do OT & spl education sessions? How to manage her academics if time reqd to be normal is in years?

My grandmother is suffering from intense depression and schizophrenia. Her sense of judgement and social engagement levels have declined sharply over the years. As a family we have always tried to do out best to take care of her emotionally. But owing to the hard times she experienced since she was 38 (lost husband, economic woes, raising 3 kids and so on ) , in emotional terms, her mind controls her behaviour. She is taken to certified practitioners, appointments scheduled, but it just doesn't work out. Please suggest possible ways to deal with this situation and a place or scenario where this illness can find a cure.
