I was in a relationship with a guy and he wasn't sure about me since the start and didn't like me much. He told me initially that might not marry me and disliked me because he thinks that I'm a noob. But I couldn't let him go for 4 years  and even he stayed with me. When we stayed together for few months we had a really bad phase and arguments. Now he isn't sure about me and might not marry me but I'm not able to forget him. Is it advisable to give it a second shot or should I let him go ?

I was taking ant-depressants for my depression and anxiety,suddenly i stopped taking my medications!! Now I'm feeling somewhat uneasiness!!! Again I'm feeling anxious!! Should i start it over again!! I didn't check with my doctor before stopping tablets

I feel anxious for no reason since 2-3 months. Now it has become a little worse because I don't want to do anything. I just eat for the sake of eating. And I don't want to go out. I feel good when I'm sleeping only. Would a psychiatrist order tests for these symptoms? What tests would a psychiatrist will order for this ?

Sir, i have Health Anxiety from long. Repeating test again and again like bp, sugar etc. Even when all are normal each time. Remembering n overthinking these good test results again and again to satisfy or calm my mind. Have created my own pattern of remembering things like the bp readings I have noted in the copy, sugar values that came normal recently or even 2 months ago. When don't think about the same then feel anxious n puzzled. Nervousness and anxiety of medical tests like ECG, BP, ETC. Heart Rate increases to 90s or 100s  when go for such medical tests. Whereas remain normal otherwise below 70. Botheration to do the BP again and again in order to soothe my mind. When the test results come normal then also feeling what if this test result comes adverse next time. Can't concentrate on my career and do only those task that the mandatory to do and that also very un heartedly. Feel very disoriented, lack of confidence n concentration. Please help

While memorizing I speak the text out loud and see walls but I can't keep my eyes on one section of the wall .It moves from one section to another and then get focussed on the ends of wall or endings of another object ..i can't concentrate on one part of anything rather my eyes need a large view ...

For the last one month, I have been having shivers in my right arm when I am nervous or sad. At first they didn't occur so often but now they do. With more intensity. I am having difficult controlling it. It shakes controllably and i can just control it for two minutes maximum. What does this mean??
