I m having serta 50 mg for 3 days given by my dr , not feeling good after serta , slight heaviness in head, arm pain ,not talking like as usual , I mean will it take tym or it's not suiting me ..please reply why headache

From the past 2 years, I was on sertaline 100 mg in the morning and clonazepam 1mg + etizolam 0.5 . Now my doctor tapered off clonazepam 1mg so I am facing acid reflux, constipation, vomiting sensation and more side effects and my suicidal thoughts and social anxiety are increasing.
