I had a C-Sec 1.5 months ago. Since then I cry daily.Everyone around me is happy but I am not.I tried everything to distract myself but nothing is helping. I suddenly have self doubt, feel hopeless for no reason and cry a lot. I tried talking to my husband but he doesn't understand and says that I am deliberately trying to be sad. What should I do as it's really suffocating for me as no one understands what I am going through. Everyone is just worried about the baby and not me.
