Obssesive thoughts during sleep
I got hit in my head hardly by an iron rod 6 months ago and then i had undergone a ct scan and the report is normal .And i dont have symptoms as well . But now when i try to sleep all the thoughts of that incident comes in my mind and ultimately i could not sleep....Thoughts like brain haemorhhage , brain cloth use to come in my mind due to which i cant sleep.And i my mind use to tell that if i go to sleep then there will be pain in my head, i may die etc etc.  What should i do to resist it? Please doctor help me? I am persuing b.tech 2nd year

I can understand..no nothing to worry sometimes only mild head injury cause contusion and you will recover ..cr normal ..stil you r having anxiety synonyms.. but nothing to worry. Daily exercise and if needed strt Medicine
