Nowadays I'm a bit tired but I'm not able to sleep comfortably and yesterday when I woke up at midnight I didn't sleepy fully.. What I mean is I was sleeping and my mind was empty n blank but my eyes were open and i could see the surroundings.. Nd when I woke up as in came to senses in the morning and i closed my eyes, they hurted a lot.. And besides this I've been spacing out a lot and not functioning properly / like usual.

Sir I fee top head heavy  after afternoon sleep why this happen am scared...it's give me anxiety and stress always thinking why this happen after sleep my head feel werid and heavy and feeling like expload

My friend is going through recent break up as his girlfriend is getting married to someone else and this has impacted on him in a very bad way and he is not ready to accept this. He is very taking help of alcohol and weeds. Day and night he is searching for that groom whom his girlfriend is set to marriage. And he randomly showing any  photo of any guy and saying that he is the one who his gf is getting married and now he wants to talk to that person. Last week only he had met his gf and created the whole scene in the public place and since then his gf is not answering his call and he is saying that he will take revenge by break the engagement ceremony after the engagement and all . One of the worst thing is that no other friends of him is helping him out in proper way. He is very alone now. I can't leave him alone like this. He is in Bangalore for his work. All he want from his gf is that she should talk to him nicely Before moving out of his life. what should I do.please help me

I've been prescribed Lonazep 0.5. I haven't been using it at all, but in this week my anxiety has caused a lot of sleep deprivation, which in turn is causing unbearable and unending panic and fear. If I take a lonazep right now (11 am) and one at night (12 pm or so), would it be okay?

Hlo I don't know what happened with me am very depressed my head feel heavy top head somedays not sever somedays excessive whole day ...and feels like brain shivers and shakes 24/7 always feels scary due to this sensation feel like brain is hyperactive not relaxing it's feels like heart attack or stroke coming it's 24/7 shaky head shiver head and heavy head what is this please help me😭 it's from stress or something disease in my brain

Hi I am using flunil for almost 3 years, will it cause any stomach issues like ulcers? Can you tell me what could be the chances of flunil to cause ulcer?

I was advised to take Soltus 50. I stopped it a year ago. Now I have started taking it but am crushing soltus 50 to half. Instead of full tablet am taking half tablet. Is that fine?
