Ecg-normal Echo-normal Urine test-normal Thyroid normal Blood sugar-normal Lipid profile test-normal Lft-normal Kft-normal Vitamin d-little bit lower Rdw-little bit low Platelate-boarder line-174000

I shd gain weight for that I need medicine without side effects, I'm very skinny for my business I need to gain weight

I have anxiety I saw a psychiatrist the psychiatrist prescribed me clonazepam 0.5 escitaloprám 10 mg.After three days of taking the medicine, my panic attacks stopped,During the day I used to feel a little dizzy and at night I would feel a little bit of anixsous. After taking the medicine for three days, when we had a little headache or I had a little anixsous, I stopped taking the medicine. Now I don't understand one thing then my head is very stuck it seems like my head is not working I can't work in the store now I don't understand why is it to quit meds or what is it for?? Give me advice.. Do the problems that occur after taking the medicine get fixed slowly? The problems I was having after quitting the medicine are the effects of quitting the medicine? Sir, should I start the medicine again? I'm a little afraid of medicine?? If you have any advice please let me know? What will work if you take Ashwagandha sir?? Thank you...

Dear Doctors, I am suffering from ocd and bipolar disorder. For that i am taking Lamotrigene Lurasidone Escitalopram Armodafinil Pramipexole Propranolol Clonazepam. But my anxiety is increased and ocd too. Can you tell me which one of these medicines causing that.

My sister consistently expresses wish to die a peaceful,painless death.She is under medication for severe depression and Suicidal OCD.She wants her psychiatrist to confirm if she can have a doctor assisted suicide or else she plans to kill herself via drowning or jumping from high floors...she keeps sharing these thoughts with psychiatrist also..can we help in any manner apart from medicine and counselling sessions?

Hi please help.. I am 29 years old and recently i have given birth as in my baby is 11 months old..and i breastfeed him exclusive bf no formula nothing..i live with my husband..and even my mother is here to help me out.. everything goes smoothly but all of sudden I start feeling angry and i start shouting throwing things away and i remember all the bad things my husband said to me earlier and i start fighting on those things which happened in the past..and even he says your medicine is over in fun way that daura parta hai kya abhi toh theek thi so what is this he is not at all understanding he shouts back and even ends up doing worst like shouting and throwing away things he is like you are mad women..he don't understand and then i think what did i do i mean why i did all that .maybe i get too tired and breastfeeding and noone understanding my mother is also not very understanding types she herself is into her own world though she helps me in seeing baby but i am done do i need help?

My son is 5.9 years old.we want him to go to classes like keyboard, abacus or badminton which is apart from school ,to develop his social skills. But he is hesitating out of fear. He wants me to sit outside the class so that he feels comfortable to continue the class. He doesn't want to go to any classes now even to play. He wishes to play with new kids but it takes time to mingle. But his teacher says he mingles good at class and he is the acting leader. I don't want to force him to join any new classes. It is pressure for us as parents. We need to give him time to settle his fear ? Is this normal behaviour at this age?
