In 2019,
I was staying with one of my relative. They gave me some food.I ate these. Then I went to hostel. After 2/3 days I was in depression, Insomnia.
My question is:
Is there anything exist, if we eat that and after 2/3 days that causes depression and other psychological problems?
It will affect immediately/after 2/3 days?
If affects then Can I become previous me?
I mean can I make up the damaged brain/Intelligence?
Please answer and help me.
Advanced thanks 🙏🙏

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
According to history you where not having any physical abnormality due to food so its difficult to say that you where having depression bcz of food.
I suggest you consult psychiatrist for evaluation of your symptoms and diagnosis and treatment
No not at all ..it's only a delusion or thight disturbance u r having otherwise it's not sensible at all ..and suppose u r having a depression start daily exercise, walking plus counselling and medicine will help you out
Nothing like exists which causes psychological issues after a few days of eating. It could be secondary to some other psychological issues you are going through. You better have a detailed evaluation once.
