I m going through mild anxiety can I go for rivotril 0.5 mg and ativan 2 mg for a week to relief myself

I am taking half meloset (3mg) and 1/4 of nexito plus before going to bedtime for anxiety and I want to reduce the power and for lower dosage of nextrio plus to clonazepam?

Many of the people says that being gay lesbian bisexual is mental or psychological disorder it's has to be treated, i want to know one thing that someone is belong from LGBTQ is normal, like as being a straight, or any psychological issues, because i really can't understand i am totally confused, i just feel, is it really psychological issues? but how? I have anxiety problems.. Some time in my chest region fluttering.. Esa lagta hai breath ruk se gye yeh kya hota hai pls tell me

1.Repetitive voluntary purposeful movements making shapes in head space .It causes tightness and feeling like lack of blood flow to head muscles. I have used Fluvoxamine and aripiprazole which reduced the 1st symptom but the pain is reducing but sometimes it relapses.I noticed that whenever my doctor increased dose of aripiprazole my pain reduced very effective. 2.My symptoms are:Perceptual disturbances due to 1st symptom,Perceptual obsession (wettish feeling) due to too much 1st symptom and pain mentioned earlier.What is this pain called and what further medicines can prescribed Now my  pain is modulated due to Constant fear that my pain will increase and pain sensitivity and angriness I have tried all type of medicines but fluoxetine+ risperidone made my pain worse.

I get bad thoughts every second and i resist them with my full force and i feel good.It is happening from past 1 month and it is getting worse day by day.Now even if i try to resist i feel my brain has been occupied and i cant resist the thoughts and i feel that they just pass through my body.I just want that my resisting power back

I am taking lonazep 0.5 and tryptomer 10mg since long time. Now I want  to quit because of several side effects. please advise
