Is nexito plus a sleeping pill? I was prescribed by my gastroenterologist to just calm my brain down for some days.. as it was putting adverse effects on my body. I was already admitted like 6-7 times in the last 3 years and also there were uncountable ER visits..

I am suffering from illness anxiety for the last 3 years but it was managble. But suddenly this anxiety converted into depression. All the fears I had about health it's gone and sadness without any reason started. I can't remember anything properly. When I see someone or something whom I already know feels strange like I am meeting or seeing this first time. Memory timeline is weird. I am feeling now this is irreversible and I have to live life like this. When I try to sleep random thoughts are coming. My eyes are sedative but can't sleep. I can't describe this weird feeling and cognitive changes. But this happens suddenly without any tension or reason. Don't know is there any physical reason or what?

I consulted for sleep anxiety 2 month ago my psychiatrist prescribed vaniz 75 initially and after 15 days vaniz xr150 but my sleep was improved from last week and now dr prescribed zosert 50 along with vaniz xr 150 for next 20 days. I asked dr why you adding medicine dr told me it's for decreasing the dosage of vaniz. Please help it's not create any problem?
