Mental stress and anxiety.
I have been suffering from some mental health issues for 2 months due to my personal life. Facing continuous headache and sleepless nights. I can not concentrate on my work and studies. Sometimes I feel anxious. Actually I fell in love with someone who was already engaged. Now he is getting married but I can't accept this . I don't want to ruin his married life but I am not able to make me comfortable. Now how can I recover from this problem? Please help.

I can see that you recently experienced a very harsh situation. It is natural for a person to feel overwhelmed and distressed in such moments. You have written that despite your affection, you want to act in a manner which is good for you as well as the other person. It is appreciable you reached out for help. Even so, it can be painful and isolating to navigate through such moments. Connecting with a counselor can help you feel supported. You will have the chance to work on your feelings of anxiety, as well as learn how one can move on from certain relationships. A counselor can also provide you with a non-judgemental space to share your heart. I hope this helps.
