Recurring mental illness
I was diagnosed with severe anxiety & depression in early 2022.After consultation with a doctor,i was put on meds from apl 2022.I was doing extremely well until jan 2025,when burnout & stress caused the anxiety to recur.It has been severe since then.I suffer from suicidal tendency,depression and frequent anxiety(especially at night).I am in intense pain and feel life is over.Even after consulting multiple psychologists,psychiatrist & even tms sessions,the mental illness is still there.It has affected me very badly-resulting in severe suicidal tendency.
I also suffer from pcos.
Can anyone please tell me if i can ever recover?
