I have been suffering from mental illness since 2012 due to sexual abuse. I have overcome from that issues within 3 years but still my medication continues & disease is not diagnosed till date because different doctor diagnose different dieases from somotoform...major depression,, ocd to bipolar but don't know which type of bipolar & I am facing poor concentration, lack of confidence, overthinking, unhappiness, weight gain, high appetite, concerned about health & career. Please guide me well because my parents do not support me & my condition is very poor 😔😔. How I cure this disease fully

Hi ! You should follow one Psychiatrist for some duration instead of changing frequently. If there is no improvement then let your Psychiatrist know , so that she/he can re-evaluate you and do changes in treatment plan.
Also, you can go to a Psychiatry department of a Premier Institute or Medical college.
