Anxiety and high BP
I am under treatment for anxiety and high BP I am taking Zolpidem10mg 0-0-1 frommay2021 Diazepam 2.5mg 1-0-1fromjuly2023 Clonzepam 0.5mg from jan2020 cilacarT 10mg1-0-1 Cadmet xr 25mg 1-0-1 From aug2023 I accidentally reduced clonzepam 0.5mg to 0.5mg ativan After that I got severe withdrawal effects So I increased to 1mg ativan in November 2023.there was no use Now from dec 10 I again started 0.5mg clonzepam.is it correct.is there a possibility of overdose.i am having severe breathing problem When talking and working .I need a medicine to reduce breathing problem till clonzepam starts taking effect.

U may need other medication to start...kindly consult once to psychiatrist...sometime only clonazepam is not sufficient..u may need evaluation of your problem and treatment according to it...

These are just temporary solution with use of benzodiazepenes. You need proper antianxiety medicine to reduce your anxiety.

You need to take a proper antidepressant. The medications you are taking are just for symptom reduction temporarily and doesn't treat the problem.
