I had completed 4n half months of tuberculosis course and had an x-ray and suddenly I had a little alcohol after 4 n half months and I am going on pyscatrist medicine so I just kaip one time medicine of pyscatrist Is it something to worry Dr ..

I am anxiety disorder since past 3 .. 4 year... After 2 year I fell better and stop medicine.. After stopping medicine my anxiety rise again.. With various symptoms.. Palpitations.. Irregular heart beat.. Negative thinking all the time... Dr prescribe me.. Votica 10 ... Clobazam 2.5 and clonozepam 2.5 as sos... When I am busy to office or any other work.. I don't fell any negative.. When I am on office holiday.. Or I am resting.. My negative thinking rise again.. Palpitations... Shortness of breathe... As symptoms.. I check to cardiologist various time i have done ecg.. Eco... Tmt test... All came to normal... .. Is there any treatment... To stop thinking negative... Pliz suggest me

I got angry very fast and also unable to control it. I threw things here and there still unable to control.

Was on 6mg Ativan(12pm,4pm and 9pm).(From november 2019 to this April, before that 4mg ativan along with 40mg inderal self medicated since NOVEMBER 2019). Went to a dr this April to taper the med. Dr was angry because I didn't tapered the med as fast as he wanted.So he told me not to come and left me in half stage of tapering. I can't take serotonin reuptake drug now (SSRI) which makes me hyper excited.(Was prescribed dulexene and paroxetine and nexito at one point to support benzodiazepine tapering which made my excitement levels over the roof)Went to a general dr he presc me zolpidem 5mg as I was feeling unsettled in the morning.It had terrible withdrawal had to stop it after taking it for 8 DAYS.STOPPING IT CAUSED SEVERE TIGHT HEADEDNESS. CURRENTLY TAKING VALIUM 5MG AFTER WAKING UP. AND ATIVAN 2MG, OPIPRAMOL 50MG AT NIGHT. ALSO I WAS TOLD TO TAKE CLONAZEPAM 0.5 AT NIGHT at Aug starting but had to stop it because it was too sedating.I'm unsettled now with any benzodiazepine/antidepr

Actually i got accidently hit in my head by an iron rod very hard nearly 5 months ago. I became unconscious for few seconds and then i back to normal after 4-5 minutes. Then i searched in google about head injury and there it is written as " People who get head injury, should avoid sleep because if they sleep then they might go into coma and all etc etc.So , I have got a fear to sleep and being unable to sleep for nearly 2 months.So I decided to do a ct scan of brain in order to check if everything is all right. The report is normal.The doctor said that I am okay. But, since i was having fear to sleep for about 2 months so it became a habit and despite of doctors being telling me that your brain is ok ......I am unable to sleep due to the fear of dying in coma.So, now also I am unable to sleep due to this fear and that is why it is affecting my mental as well as physical health.My doctor told me that it is a part of ocd.Does it is really ocd? Please help me out...I am helpless.

I have an OCD of soap and shampoo.I feel that soap has not removed from my body so I take too much time and water for bath as well as hair wash.i feel that shampoo has not removed kindly resolve an tell how much time required to bath n hairwash.

Hi, I feel various anxiety issues ,what can i do to overcome this. Its very difficult for me to concentrate over things at times.I have problem of overthinking and i feel restlessness at times.

I've been feeling severely sad and overwhelmed, easily irritable, have been feeling suicidal too, should I consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist? I've never done this before and have not been diagnosed with anything.

My brother wad diagnosed with symptoms of schizophrenia last month. Doctor prescribed him an anti psychotic drug to reduce his delusions but he is not consuming those medicines. Please note that the he still lives at home with my mother and the area we live in doesn't have any good psychiatric facilities. We found a doctor nearest to our home but if we want to take a second opinion there aren't any other options available. Doctor also suggested to admit him but he is completely uncooperative and would not agree to it. We are in a really helpless situation. Could someone please guide us on how to navigate this situation. What treatment should we get for him. What will be the best course of action. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello doctor,I lost my father last year and I am planning for baby from last 6 months.I tried to make my mind for planning.I am 34 years old and my husband is 39.When we started planning,we were fine but from last 2,3months we both fought over small small things,specially for family issues,(my mother inlaws's some bad words to me after my father lost,which c should not speak).Now I am also feeling so depressed and frustrated and missing my father also badly.Pls help me what is this going on.
