Dear doc ,
From last few weeks while I lye down or wake from sleep or while travelling all of sudden I feel fast heart beat ( palpitations) which is causing disturbance in sleep and bit uneasiness ..
Yesterday when I boarded cab for office all of sudden palpitations , nausea and shivering started which lasted for 2-3 hours
Pls advise what shall I do..
When I woke up mid of sleep also palpitations happen and when I am trying to sleep same happens I have to sleep downwards

It's anxiety..after sleep morning times it's quite obvious probably due to some unexpected dream in your unconscious mind a day before results in an anxiety but it's cause aomillar symptoms sometimes like having a heart attack like symptoms like palpitations but it's totally curable u need to start Counselling CBT along with Medicines
Kindly consult with a physician first and check your blood pressure and ECG if everything is normal you will have to consult a psychiatrist as these could be symptoms of Anxiety as well
