I am suffering with overthinking and due to these unwanted things going on in my mind and right side headache always in my head. I also diagnosed the high cholesterol and very high triglyceride. I need a good consultation to cure these and live a normal life.
Overthinking I think it was from my childhood 10yrs but last 1 year it has increased too much, no situation is getting worse every day. Please advise me to cure it permanently.
