Headache due to overthinking
Hi I am suffering from headache. Not able to sleep because I am continuously thinking about one or other things. My night is full of dreams. Everytime thinking about my life, future, family, friends etc.. My brain is working even when I am sleeping. I am not able to spend even a single minute without thinking. Is it normal? What should I do😣

Hello This headache could be due to the overthinking that you indulge into. You can try to calm your mind by eliminating these thoughts by doing meditation. Also distract your mind when such thoughts come to your mind by involving into multiple activities to keep yourself busy and happy. Try writing down your blessings on a paper and see the positives in your life and try keeping these positive thoughts in your mind.
