Anxiety headache
I have seen many doctors, If I take medicine it is fine but if I quit medicine feels anxiety headache, my medicine is clonazepam 0.5 and escitaloprám oxalate 10 mg, I was fine with the medicine for six months then my doctor told me to stop for a month now everything starts. What to do plz help...😔

These medicines should never be stopped suddenly. They should be reduced in dose slowly over a period of few weeks and then stopped. Please try lifestyle modification, yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques when you are going off the medication.
