I m taking Propranolol 20 and clonazepam 0.5 for anxiety. It feels like my BP is dropping after that.. if I don't take the medicine I got left calf pain and my heaviness in head and tiredness and I feel very bad.. I need my medicine should be changed

I was put on SSRIs rexipra and Clonazepam epithril 0.5mg for one year course after I had told the doctor about panic attacks but I was feeling good in like 8 months and stopped the tablets abruptly. After 4 months started getting the previous symptoms like intrusive thoughts restlessness and panic feelings. Should I take the tablets again and taper it off? I'am afraid of the side effects taking the for a long time.

Is escitalopram enough for the treatment of social anxiety and its symptoms...? please suggest... please

Since from last 2 1/2 years(during delta wave) I am in excess stress from some reason.i always feel fear,anxious n tired . But I overcome to some extent by doing meditation n spiritually(Hanuman chalisa) but still it's tr.running thoughts makes me worst n once it's start n my mind starts running n spinning.i feel so discomfort n my back head muscles become tight n pain starts n my eyes become weak like blurry n feels like my head ll blasts.that time I ll go to directly bed to control thoughts but I can't.pls tel me head excercise to relieve pain n foggy thought. Is it damages my head nerves? Pls help

Experience sleep paralysis daily, false awakening and lucid dreams. I am constantly awake even while I am sleeping like I aware and conscious that I am dreaming and sleeping. Sometime because of that I cannot differentiate between reality and a dream. The body is asleep, but the mind is always conscious and aware or awake. Also afraid to sleep due to sleep paralysis. I'm a 26 years old female I'm a decent student I have  successfully completed my bachelors degree 3 years ago but still I'm getting the dream of falling in my 12th grade.  I'm getting this dream often from past 6 years. Now I'm getting this dream like weekly twice. Either I'm giving the 12th grade examination or I failed but still getting into the college or I failed and again preparing for the 12th examination at my current age. The context of the dream can vary but the topic is always my 12th grade. I'm feeling so frustrated when I wake up after getting this dream.
