Whenever I wake up i have palpitations and an urge to vomit but i dont vomit. When i talk to someone my palpitations go but when i stop talking the palpitations start again with the same urge to vomit

Hi, I have been prescribed clonazepam 0.25mg twice a day along with ecitalopram and placida for anxiety and panic attack. I am looking forward to substitute clonazepam with etizolam as I am happening to keep yawning the entire day and I am asuming it to be due to clonazepam. Is it safe to do so, does etizolam work equivalently to clonazepam?

Why shouldn't I use smartphone during my depression,how it can affect my vision I don't have any other source to spend time but I do well concentration when I use mobile other than that I don't feel like doing anything. Please help me what should I do entire day.

I think I have some kind of learning disability... Probably dislexia.. i am not sure. But I have struggled a lot with my studies in childhood especially when it came to reading and writing. But I have found ways to deal with it myself over the years. I am 28 now and I want to know for sure if l actually have such a condition that made it so difficult for me. Is it possible to get a diagnosis for learning disability as an adult. If so how? Is it possible over online consultation.

Doctor prescribed olanz f 5+20 mg, lithosun 300 once a day ,after takeing nearly 45 days my abdomain bloted always and swelling.plaze help sir/madam

Please note : My diagnosis was done by a psychiatrist . My mental problem started with Pure OCD and anxiety , later on which also included some traits of borderline personality disorder . Recently I started having thoughts Like - WHAT IF I start hallucinating ? What if I go crazy ? And if I tried to challenge my thoughts I started getting delusions like - Now I have challenged my thought , so even more bad would happen to me . I went back to my psychiatrist for this thing and he says m on the edge of PSYCHOSIS . How can it be psychosis when I don't have the symptoms of it ?? I am NOT hallucinating , m just having minor delusions . From the time my doctor has mentioned psychosis , I am even more scared of it and I am even more scared of getting hallucinations now .

Is over sleepiness a problem? Whenever I am asleep it feels like I'm not in this world that's how deep/ sound sleep I'm getting these days. It's as if I'm on some benzos. I used to take treatment for depression till 2021. So I was on benzos. I was on melzap 0.5 mg and I used to take almost 3 tabs a day. So I know exactly how it used to feel back then, when I was put on benzos. It's as if I used to just sleep sleep and sleep and that's not how it was it was as if u don't even understand wt is happening beside you that's how the dosage of melzap was. It's 2 yrs since I left melzap and diff meds I was on . But suddenly these days this is how I'm sleeping. It's as if I'm on melzap. There's the normal sleep then there's this sleep where as if it's like there's no connection with the world and you.. ! This is making me worried.

Hello doctor I have anxiety disorder from 2yrs and sometime I feel heartbeat in neck like pulsations..and sometimes I feel a weird sensation like my heart is coming out of my throat. Wat is the reason ? Pls help me I'm worried
