Whenever I study and try to focus my brain gets tensed and by tensed I mean all my veins in my brain are tensed(blocked) seems like that..I am not able to focus neither can take decisions and its so irritating that sometimes I get heavy breathing and by all these I m getting so hopeless, please help.

Hello Doctor so my sister is hearing voices constantly talking about her, seeing flashes, Tired all the time, feeling like someone holding her since last 3 months and she is on medication for hyperthyroidism and is taking Neo Mercazole 5 is it because of the thyroid or something else and what should we do?

My brother is in depression ,it's been more than 2.5 months  . But right now I think he is in very low phase right now .He only talks to me but bot not on daily basis sometimes he get irritated by this also . He gets irritated by doing basic chores like brushing bathing . Sometimes he don't even bother to brush or bath . He doesn't even care about his looks beard etc . Barely eats . Eats only one time of the day and that also according to mood. Keeps lights always close unless he has to eat . I have been suggesting him to take a help from a doctor but he doesn't listen says . If we want to help him that don't help him . And if he will go outside for help they won't understand what I'm going through , In fact no one in this world can understand what I'm going through . So I'll heal myself I don't need anyone's help cause they will only worsen this . I can't force him but as a specialist can any one suggest me what can do to make it little better .

I have the habit of peeling my skin off my lips and fingers. And is painful and most of the time it bleeds. Even though it heals with time, i do the same again until it bleeds and, i find myself doing it every single time. I have tried to be aware and distract myself but it never worked. For a few years it's been happening i thought it was because of dry skin but i tried ever oitment given by dermat but i developed this habit and many a times it's really hard to control. Everytime i see a lil skin coming off i peel it doens't matter if it pains or not

I am taking 0.25mg clonazepam twice as prescribed by my doctor since 2.5 years along with other medications like dveniz 50 twice and 1mg trifluoperazine once i suffered from bad panic attacks and ibs symptoms i want to know if it is safe to take clonazepam life time as when i taper it anxiety comes back and i know it is addictive but i am on lowest dose and never required any dose increase till now i am in a remission stage since a long time now and i feel even if it is addictive it is better to be panic free than suffering kindly suggest my psychiatrist says keep taking the meds i need them

I feel good when I am taking clonzopam 0.25 mg. If I leave the medicine I am not able to tolerate my anxiety. Can I use it for long term. Is it safe to take

What would happen If I consume accidently 10 nipam tablets? It needs any treatment or settle down naturally

I have been taking medicine for depression and having episodes in between as well... Can yoga help along with medication??

I could see doctors  saying people who are mentally suffering to seek medical help and suicide is not a problem. Acceptable. But what people like me who cannot afford for the treatment would do? I'm unemployed having OCD and anxiety disorder and also suffering from  depression which has been told by a psychiatrist. I was charged 2000 per sitting. Recommended to continue therapy for months. I couldn't afford. What would I do now? Any of the psychiatrists  ready to provide me treatment without cost atleast for once?
