Sir, i always think something bad happen with me And something happens after , after some bad experience or health and Social life issue i overcome all of this but now I feel something happen with me , and Think I go to illness 😔

In my school my letter i wrote about my depression went to principal office and principal called my father and asked to meet ...i am scared that i will be expelled or suspended from school what can i do i am already suffering form depression now it is like another burden i also lost my mother 10 months ago what can i do i am also scared about the mental stigma around my school what can i do?? I dont want to be expelled or suspended

I'm constantly in fear about my health even though I'm relatively healthy. I'm always scared about getting cancer. I'm constantly worried about one thing or the other even though my life is nearly perfect. I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years back but I still vape maybe this is what's causing the fear. I have low self esteem issues, insecure, not confident even though others think otherwise. I have general existential crisis (why do we do anything because we're gonna die someday kind of attitude) I have an amazing family and an amazing career but the feeling of sadness doesn't go away. Please help.

When i make call with my parents, my wife creates lot of discussions and takes only digitivity from the conversation. Is it good manners to call to parents from outside? And remove call logs? If she watches call logs, she creates mess again.

I suddenly 4 months ago feeling disconnection from body ,surroundings.previously I never feel this types of feeling .I feel like this not my own hand not my own body etc etc.i previously never have any mental health problems .I live sedentary live and less socialize and most of the time I stay In home and more active in internet.but why this problem starts I would not understand.i have no anxiety or depression but why I didn't connect my body and mind?please tell me
