Panic attacks are symptoms of underlying psychiatric illness like generalised anxiety or agoraphobia.
Need to diagnose the underlying cause.
And treat accordingly.
Can get better easily.
Benzodiazepenes are short term solutions and not a permanent solution.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist and take meds for treatment.

Intermittent intense nervousness in absence of cardiac problem points towards Anxiety. Many people will give free advice like 'tum tension leti ho. Yoga karo. Relax karo'. But let me tell you it's a medical (condition) treatable with proper medicines. Benzodiazepines are addicting and not to be used long term.
