I am using setraline 50 mg from 2 weeks now increased to 75 mg from 2 days but i am facing breathing issue I feel like urge to take deep breath every minute can someone tell if it's normal and how many days will that be present.

What can be an alternative of Clonafit beta 10? Clonazepam 0.25mg is not available in the market. Is there something else we can buy for anxiety?

Hi i was diagnosed with ptsd and depression (i was having meltdowns and having episodic blackouts of rage) and i was prescribed 20 mg prodep and blong a year ago i took it for almost 6 months and then i suddenly stopped (i know suddenly stopping is bad, i think i was rejecting therapy) i have been feeling unwell again and can't afford to get a new prescription from my old doctor so i started taking 10 mg prodep at 9am morning and 10mg prodep at 9pm evening is that okay i know I'll have some symptoms such as nausea etc. but other than that is this an issue, i know self diagnosing is a bad idea but i think i might have bpd beautiful of how emotionally dysregulated i am and how i mainly identify with the disorder, i don't want my intense emotions to take over me so i have started medication again, i haven't found a good therapist that's affordable if i do that would also be great

Hi I have been suffering from Anxiety from the past 7 months. When I started the treatment I was taking a half tablet of 0.5 mg clonazepam in the morning and one full tablet of 0.5 mg in the night. My morning's dose was reduced 3 months back and I started taking quarter of 0.5 mg clonazepam in the morning. It almost took a month to get adjust once my morning's dose was reduced and then I was fine. Now it's been a month, my doctor told me to stop the morning's dose and now I am taking only one tablet in the night which is of 0.5 mg. I left the morning's tablet. I was good for almost 2 weeks after stopping the morning's medicine, but after 2 weeks I am getting Anxiety symptoms again.I feel good for 3-4 days and then suddenly I get some anxiety symptoms like blurred vision and fear that something is going to happen. Please tell me does it take time to get adjusted for me for reduced dose or I'm getting panic attacks again?

I have stopped drinking suddenly and faced Withdrawal symptoms, depression anxiety with weight loss around 20℅ and loss of b12 too. Used homeopaty for the help of above symptoms for around one year then started Libotryp 12.5/5 and then added inderal 10, also taking shots of b12.......taking these medicine from around 1.5 to 2 years. Now once again I have started it... In control limited with beer not regularly...what to do

I had a Nissen fundoplication surgery for acid reflux . And the surgery was good and the wrap is good and intact . Even after that  after I eat I have throat irritation . My dr says it's psychological and because of stress . Yes I agree I am lot of stress and depression I have lost in talking to others , no sense of eating food . My question is can stress really cause acid reflux.

Hi doctor i had been diagnosed with gerd last week after endoscopy so i was admitted in hospital aswell for 2 days nothing found dr said all is ok but i came out of hospital my dr advice i have anxiety of overthink for my health so since yesterday last night i was seating in my chair light was off i was doing some work in my phone suddenly i feel suffocated and both legs were tingling sensation and feeling like i dizziness gona fall down then i took some water and started walking at home and lastly i went to sleep then i woke up in morning after taking breakfast again same legs tingling sensation and feeling uncomfortable about my health my doctor gave me amixide h but not working
