Stress,social issues and others.
Hi,I'm Arunima,an 17 years old girl who reads in class 11. Mainly I'm facing the problem is my fear and stress.I was in depression in 2022. Reason is i couldn't give my 10th board exam because of my health issues. After that,i faced so many bad experiences that haunt me till now. When the exam is near,i feel feared, stressed. Will it be the same like 10th board when i couldn't give the exam and my 1 year got lost? And obviously i faced a lot of issues 'cause of it. People used to laugh at me,they used to harrass me. They still laugh at me although. It gives me so much stress. The old memories haunts me. I used to be 2nd girl in the class. But when the year got lost,I lost everything. People didn't give me the same vibes which i used to. It brings me nothing but distress. Also I'm an introvert. I can't share my everthing with people. Please help me.
