Dear Doctor I am currently at the urge of completing my thesis for my PHD program. For the 3 days I am having anxiety issue especially at night time where I couldn't sleep properly. Also I was having vomitting. I am feeling heavy. I also got married recently. My mom was not feeling well from last 3 days after hearing that I got more anxiety.. Now she s good but my anxiety didn't go off. Two years before the same anxiety was der. And I was given betacap 40 and nexito by neurologist. Since I m married and in new house I couldn't able to explain these things here. I need help. Kindly do the needful Thanks in advance

I am ocd patient I have tightness since 3 years It is improving and improved 75% but since when my doctor started topaz  AND increased fluvator by 100 mg my tightness started increasing . Is it because of topaz or something else I am currently on Fluvator 100(2-0-2) Arip mt 5(1-0-1) TOPAZ 50(1-0-1)

I am mbbs graduate. Everyone in my family r overachievers & I m taking drop for neet pg .cannot handle this stress now .becoz of that I do binge eating n my concentration is also lacking . I can't share it with anyone I don't know what to do!

My waight is 77 my thyroid report is my ft3 ft4 t3 t4 normal but tsh 10 and i have anxiety insomnia sleeping disturbances over thinking fear stress so i want to ask i need to consult psychiatrist or should i start thyroid medicine which treatment i needed

Hi ,I'm 24 year old female.. recently I have been suffering with too much of anxiety..I can't take a break from it...it feels so exhausting..I have went to general physician did all the tests including thyroid,ecg, hb levels... whenever I'm anxious my BP spikes upto 130/80 and pulse rate increases...I don't have any pain in chest but whenever I'm anxious it feels like I'm lost...GP said nothing was wrong with me and I need to control anxiety...it feels like I'm looking for an assurance..I'm constantly worried about health..I'm even scared to go out .. my life feels so messed up..I'm unable to control thoughts...I'm unable to concentrate...I need guidance and a counseling ..

I m feeling worried related to problem...mind is anxious feeling afraid while goong outside...please help what to do...i m on medications...

Hello My brother since last two months is showing extremely erractic behaviour. He is unable to stay at home at night and feels his thoughts are not in his control. He had been consuming alcohol for about a year of so but this sudden change in his behaviour has come about after his breakup. He keeps wandering outside home at night and stands in the road alone. Cries at night and speaks random things that doesn't make sense. Keeps talking about the breakup feels guilty of his mistakes feels guilty of his behaviour that he is letting down everyone. I had recently consulted a psychiatrist and started his medication as mentioned but he says he is feeling worse with the medication. He feels like he is forgetting everything and sense of vomiting prevails. He is not getting better and every night is facing the same thing. We are clueless how to help him and what's wrong with him. During the day he realises that he is not behaving well and he should not roam around at night but again same.

Hi all, Hope eveybody is fine. I have one doubt on my mom health condition, if anybody have an idea , please help for the same. She is having having ASTMA and HYPER TENSION(almost 5-6 years) and she is having medication for the same(doxofilline, deriphiline,montec) . Sometime health condition will be better after reaching hospital even without any medication.so we consulted psychologist& psychiatrty. They were adviced to have zispram and zapiz. After having thsese tablets her sleep order is coming to better. But sometime astma may increase.so my doubt is it okey to take the tablet or not. Because i have seen another forum one of these tablet is not good for astma patients. Thanks in advance.
