I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this distressing experience with unwanted thoughts. It's important to understand that unwanted thoughts can affect anyone, and it doesn't mean your brain isn't working properly. These thoughts are often a product of anxiety and can be managed with the right support.
I strongly recommend speaking with a mental health professional who can help you better understand and address these thoughts. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are effective techniques and strategies that can provide relief. Please consider scheduling a consultation with a therapist or counselor to help you regain control over your thoughts and find peace of mind. There is hope, and you deserve to feel better.

Hi there, I understand it must be disturbing as well as distressing to have thoughts which you don't want or in short are unwanted. The symptoms you are suffering from are indicative of an anxiety spectrum disorder. However, a detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist is required for further management. These symptoms are treatable by medications and psychotherapy sessions.
