Unwanted thoughts
I am having unwanted thoughts for quite some years now and it sometimes gets the better of me, I have shown psychiatrists but taking medicine helps but once I leave medication I have the same problems again, I read for OCD one should take behavioral therapy and meet someone who knows it, is it true? And if it is true can anyone suggest a good doctor who is trained in behavioral therapy and exposure therapy in Bangalore?
