Unwanted thoughts
I am always thinking about suicide daily and trying to suicide for no reason . Unwanted thoughts are running through my mind and not able to control myself I am worried about this and I'm very depressed always

if you are having suicidal thoughts you need to see a psychiatrist immediately. you will require medications first and a good support system from your family.

Hi Dear It is important to understand where these thoughts are coming from, please write down what kind of negatives thoughts rise, suicidal, family related, career, or it can be anything, try and know your thoughts and the origin. Try and involve your self in work, some kind of pleasurable activity, go for any exercise daily to release out negative energies.

Suicidal thoughts arise, when you no more believe in yourself and stopped feeling good about yourself due to various reasons. There could be failure, rejections, seeking attention, unfulfilled desires etc., etc.,
