Unwanted thoughts
Since 3 months I'm not able to concentrate on my work or anything, because I'm heavily disturbed by soo many intrusive thoughts which has been occurred in my past weather its been committed by me or not, those thoughts just convert into some negative circumstances n it triggers my brain. For example if I had talked to someone in my past days. I just get a thought on weather I spoke right with them or did I made any mistake or some other negative things similar to these kind as I mentioned above, I'm not understanding why my brain tends to assume things which I have not done or thought about. This is my problem, please give me some solution or suggest me some medication.

It seems to be OCD . You must consult a good psychiatrist to get treatment
