Hell doctor ,i am Karthik from Tiruvannamalai tamilnadu I have history of Anxiety and panic attacks since 2020 i consult a psychiatrist near me he prescribed lot of of medicine last 3 years each 6 months course then 3 months breaks again symptoms arise again i consult him and continue medicine now last 6 months I am taking Divalproex sodium , escitalopram10mg+clonazepam0.25 mg ,now(October )I am currently under divalproex sodium 500cr + escitalopram 5 mg and clonazepam.25 mg but the anxiety symptoms are arises and having panic feel , feeling onthe edge ,fatigue,stomach issues etc what should I do pls guide

Hi Kartik, it seems you are currently on a number of medications however your symptoms are still present. My advice would be optimising the medication dose and decreasing the number of medications to improve symptoms as well as decrease the side effects you are going through right now.
