I am 26 years old and been suffering from severe social anxiety disorder for a very long time. Now I don't want to live like this anymore. I tried to overcame it for so long but i am always hopeless. I want to go to a doctor but i am too anxious to meet one. Also I am uncomfortable consulting one online.
I feel like no one can help me. I am just wasting my life even though I want to live a productive life. What should I do i am feeling very helpless and worthless.

Someday you will have to leave the comfort zone
Just reach out to me no matter how uncomfortable
If you are committed to therapy you will definitely see changes
Because of your severe social anxiety you are feeling depressed and not want to live. Social anxiety is a treatable condition, a course of anxiety reducing medications with counselling will help. But if you cannot consult online or meet a psychiatrist in person your symptoms wont improve and you may continue to suffer. So take steps to consult and seek remedy. Usually with treatment people improve well in 4-8 weeks. Good luck
