First of all anxiety is completely curable and you have to be on consistently on medication for it. You can’t just do on and off if you are taking it throughout seven months and you’re not seeing much of a difference. Consider a second opinion or talk to your doctor about it. Also, in case there is a root cause for these anxiety, then you should take therapy and understand how to deal and manage these over thinking and anxious feelings.
