Severe Mood Disorder To Father
This is regarding my father who developed depression in the year 2005-2006 which results in failed suicidal attempt ,due to some office pressure ,he become okay within a month or two thereafter and was under continuous medication ,In 2010-2011 he again developed mild depression symptoms in which he was advised to continue the medications but after his retirement he stops taking medicines even on family insist and slowly developed servere mood disorder ,he developed additions towards bad things , singing and dancing on the road , Consider himself supernatural power ,doing unnecessary arguments ,agitation , even at this age he wander like young boy on the roads on bike disregarding the weather ,disturbing the family, family REPUTATION is being tarnished ,develop addictions etc..He was taking ( Nexito 10 ,Trinicalm Plus 7mg ,Pacitane 2mg ,Larpose 1mg ) ,I am attaching prescription herewith ,so can he  restart the medicines again ? His BP is normal and heart rate is normal & Non diabetic.

Hi Mostly it is bipolar disorder. Review with psychiatrist and change medications

It's bipolar like presentation need to add mood stabilizer as current Medicine may aggravte his mood symptoms.. according to my opinion ..
