Father got paralysis attack
My father on 11 June got a paralysis attack and after he is admitted to a nearby hospital.
A doctor wrote a health condition:
FUC of HTN; CAD ALMI; LVD; LVEF 40%; Lt neck femur; Presented with CVA(Infarct) with it sided paralysis & altered sensorium
