Hey my grandmother had a brain stroke 2 months ago she is 75 and she had paralysis on right hand but now she is in her sences but she shouts for 7/8 hours minimum in a day she gets irritated we don't know what to do why she is shouting is this normal or something wrong what can we do please help its real urgent thank you

it occurs due to post stroke effect on brain.. certain portion if brain might be dysfunctional due to stroke...kindly add MRI Brain report in history..this problem can be well managed with low dose antipsychotic or benzodiazepine..
