Panic attack
I am having panic attack right now. Roommate is out of town and i feel lonely.
afraid to go out of house now.. used to take cipralex before. but stopped few months back i did not have attacks back then...should i continue ?

Hi. usually while reducing the medicines Psychiatrist will be asking you to do some exercise like events which you need to follow. I hope this might have been told to you by your consultant.. Kindly revisit him to learn more or else see nearby Psychiatrist to you soon.
