Ok so one doc advised me Nexito with petril md Another doc prescribed desvenlafaxine M on antidepressants from 6months Changed from serlift 50mg to pexep 25mg to now nexito 5mg My question is which is safer to take nexito or desvenlafaxine

Hi ma'am, both of the drugs are antidepressants however belong to different classes of drugs. Nexito (Escitalopram) is a SSRI and Desvenlafaxine is a SNRI. Both of these have slightly different receptor profiles thus mild variations in their effects as well as side effects like Desvenlafaxine can raise blood pressure.
